What our guests are saying
This is my favorite Indian restaurant in the Des Moines area. The food is consistently amazing, the owners are very nice and welcoming, and the buffet on the weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun 11:00-14:00) is almost too good to be true. It’s very fairly priced for the variety and the quality of food offered. I’ve ordered off of the menu too, but the buffet is too good to pass up. I recommend going earlier rather than later, it’s always better when it’s fresh out of the kitchen; plus there seems to be an influx in people around noon. Try it out maybe you’ll become a regular too 😁

Paneer sizzles in the pan, a melody of sputters, As tikka masala simmers, its aroma flutters. India's culinary journey, at its best. We ordered Tikka masala…naan….chicken , cheese paneer, korma and lamb biriyani . Food was delicious! The server was a very nice and attentive.

Delicious. I'm not an expert enough to detect how much Nepali vs Indian the food was, but everything was fantastic. I had vegetable momo, lamb sekuwa (my absolute favorite dish of the night), palak paneer, onion kulcha, and aloo paratha. Even the hot chai was very good. The restaurant is simple, but I loved the themed but not invasive music. I always appreciate when the waiter doesn't give me a deadly suspicious look when 1. I'm alone 2. I order like I was with three more people. So, points right there too.
